All I want to do is hunt, fish, and hike with my dog to as many peaks as possible. I’ve had a piece of land that borders some amazing elk hunting, and haven’t had the chance to have a home on the property till now. I was sure I was going to end up living in a tipi, and traveling across the valley to my grandmas for a shower once every few days. Not now.

The cabins are super cute, and provide a great opportunity to be self sustainable. They are easily transportable by truck, you can include a full plumbing setup that hooks up to city water, and you can setup to have your power plug right into a generator. The only thing left to come is a big garden, and some solar panels.

I have always dreamed of a cabin in the woods. Unfortunately, I thought I would never have the means to afford that life of solitude. That dream became a reachable goal when I found the folks at the Cabin Center. You can get into a skillfully crafted home for just under 16K, and a small parcel of land without a structure can be acquired at a reasonable price. The kitchen is gorgeous, and I love the look of the matching pine cabinets. For those of you who have been looking for a cottage off the grid, I hope you enjoy the cabins as much as I do.
